While this is a smaller update than our recent releases, it introduces a number of useful enhancements designed to improve day-to-day workflows, reporting, and customer management.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Here&#8217;s what&#8217;s new &#x1f447;<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f4b3; Smarter Customer Credit Management<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We&#8217;ve enhanced the Credits system to make customer account management even easier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Customer credits are now tracked as a running balance and can be <strong>automatically applied to outstanding balances on future invoices<\/strong>, reducing manual administration and helping ensure credits are used efficiently.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We&#8217;ve also added the ability to record the <strong>date a customer&#8217;s credit check was completed<\/strong>, making it easier to keep customer account information up to date.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f4ca; More Flexible Reporting<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A number of reports have been enhanced with <strong>additional metrics and new filtering options<\/strong>, giving you greater flexibility when analysing operational and business data.<\/p>\n<h3>&#x1f4e6; Improved Barcode Scanning<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We&#8217;ve continued to refine barcode-driven workflows with:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Easier access to <strong>Scan-to-Despatch<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Improved QR code quality on production and stock labels for faster, more reliable scanning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&#x1f3ed; Better Production Experience<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Production planning has received a couple of useful refinements, including:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Improvements to the <strong>Production Confirmation<\/strong> workflow<\/li>\n<li>Smarter recommendations for the most appropriate process or asset when creating a production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>&#x1f4c4; Improved Customer Documents<\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We&#8217;ve improved PDF generation when using customised document footers, producing cleaner, more consistent documents.<\/p>\n<p>You can also now add <strong>printed notes to quotations<\/strong>, allowing additional customer-specific information to appear directly on the quotation PDF.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div contenteditable=\"false\">\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">As always, this release also includes a collection of smaller usability improvements and refinements to keep the platform running smoothly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Thank you for your continued feedback\u2014it helps us make every release better than the last.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"mcePastedContent\"><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Version 2.0.4 is now available.
