Version 2.0.4 is now available. While this is a smaller update than our recent releases, it introduces a number of useful enhancements designed to improve day-to-day workflows, reporting, and customer management.

💳 Smarter Customer Credit Management
We’ve enhanced the Credits system to make customer account management even easier.
Customer credits are now tracked as a running balance and can be automatically applied to outstanding balances on future invoices, reducing manual administration and helping ensure credits are used efficiently.
We’ve also added the ability to record the date a customer’s credit check was completed, making it easier to keep customer account information up to date.
📊 More Flexible Reporting
A number of reports have been enhanced with additional metrics and new filtering options, giving you greater flexibility when analysing operational and business data.
📦 Improved Barcode Scanning
We’ve continued to refine barcode-driven workflows with:
- Easier access to Scan-to-Despatch
- Improved QR code quality on production and stock labels for faster, more reliable scanning
🏭 Better Production Experience
Production planning has received a couple of useful refinements, including:
- Improvements to the Production Confirmation workflow
- Smarter recommendations for the most appropriate process or asset when creating a production
📄 Improved Customer Documents
We’ve improved PDF generation when using customised document footers, producing cleaner, more consistent documents.
You can also now add printed notes to quotations, allowing additional customer-specific information to appear directly on the quotation PDF.
