We’ve added two new analytical reports to help turn your Receta data into actionable information.
Purchase ABC Analysis
The new Purchase ABC Analysis report helps identify the materials and purchasing activity that have the greatest impact on your business, making it easier to focus purchasing attention where it matters most.
Production Pause Reason Analysis
This new report provides greater insight into why productions are being paused, helping identify recurring causes of downtime and potential areas for operational improvement.
🤖 ASK Receta – More Accurate Specification Analysis
ASK Receta has been further improved when reading specifications during Raw Material creation and editing.
The enhanced specification reading provides more accurate interpretation of the information contained within specifications, helping you get better results when using ASK Receta to understand and work with your material data.
📈 Better Reporting Performance & Control
We’ve made a number of improvements to reporting throughout the system.
Allocation and Process/Asset reporting tools have been enhanced, while improvements to report locking help minimise the impact of longer-running queries on other users.
This means users can continue working more effectively while larger reports are being generated.
📦 Improved Purchasing & Supplier Workflows
Purchase Order management and REC generation have received a number of improvements, alongside enhancements to automatic supplier notifications.
We’ve also improved how delivery images are stored, helping ensure photographic delivery evidence is retained and easier to work with.
🏭 Better Process & Ingredient Management
Process and Asset Task Management has been refined to provide a smoother workflow for managing scheduled tasks.
We’ve also improved the metrics stored against Ingredients, providing a stronger foundation for accurate ingredient data and reporting.
📱 Faster Stock Transfers with Barcode Scanning
Barcode scanning has been enhanced for stock transfers and mass stock usage/transfer operations.
These improvements are particularly useful when dealing with larger quantities of stock movements, helping reduce manual entry and making warehouse processes quicker and more efficient.
🎨 Continued Improvements Across Receta
As with every release, we’ve also continued to refine the platform with visual styling improvements, usability enhancements, performance improvements, and general bug fixes.
