Reconcile & Swap — Rebuilt from the Ground Up
The Reconcile section has been completely redesigned, allowing full reconciles to be completed in one go — including over, under, and wastage handling.
We’ve also overhauled the Swap Wizard, offering more nuanced item selection when precision matters.
Smarter Purchasing & Supplier Workflows
Supplier quotations are now easier to work with — including the ability to build a Purchase Order directly from a quote and select multiple items at once.
Bulk PO updates, improved hold options, and support for multiple delivery photos on receipt all help streamline purchasing and receiving.
Faster Despatch & Invoicing
Manual despatches can now auto-populate manual invoices, saving time and reducing errors.
We’ve also improved despatch auto-allocation, enhanced customer-supplied production data handling, and added manual printed notes to Sales Orders and Invoices.
Clearer Financial Insight
The Invoice Detail page now shows expected cost and profit, giving you faster visibility into margins without extra reporting.
